An intensive half-day workshop for boards, built on a decision model adapted from The Cyber Detective's experience across thousands of incidents.
Hosted by Adam, the workshop takes boards through structured training in the decision model, practical guidance on how to apply it and clear takeaways to carry back into the business.
Boards then rehearse what they have learnt in live scenario work, testing their decisions before they ever have to make them for real and documenting their choices under pressure to discover where governance breaks down before it matters.
They leave the room with new knowledge and genuine confidence in their ability to apply it.
